Analytical Equipment: Digital Microscope

Cross-sectioned camera modules are subjected to high-precision dimensional measurement and detailed observation using a digital microscope. The instrument supports a wide magnification range from 20× to 2500×, enabling highly reproducible measurement down to microstructures on the order of several micrometers. This allows accurate evaluation of fine shape differences and variations in machining precision that cannot be captured by conventional visual inspection or simple measurement methods.

In addition, since the instrument supports full-color observation, it enables confirmation of lens shapes and layered structures, as well as identification of the Bayer array of image sensors and other fine patterns. By utilizing color information that is difficult to distinguish under monochrome observation, we can more clearly grasp differences in materials and the boundaries of structures.
